Character Work


As Art Director I oversee every visual aspect of game development, but I definitely have focused on environments and overall vision. The images included represent various character designs from early development on a handful of projects. The first ones are from a project called “Mirror” which featured designs inspired by the artist “Michael Parkes”. Initially they were more human in form, but eventually took on a more fantastic design based on an energy entity, wrapped in headdress and magical abilities. The following images were developed for in internal IP, while I worked at Savage Entertainment. These were designed with game-play in mind, following the success of Crash Bandicoot. Included were some futuristic robots and others were cute, whimsical characters.
